Wild Harmony Retreat
15.05 - 18.05
- Slow down and reconnect with the earth, finding peace in the simplicity of living in harmony with the land and with others in community -
In a world that’s changing ever more rapidly, it’s easy to lose sight of who we truly are and how to live in harmony with ourselves and the natural world. We lose connection with our wild side, our intuition that knows and trusts. We often find ourselves seeking balance—an inner peace and acceptance that allows us to thrive. This retreat offers you the chance to reconnect with your deepest self, nurtured by the wisdom of nature and the power of community. Drawing inspiration from ancient tribes, where connection, rituals, and shared purpose were central. You’ll learn to express your authentic self and align your desires with the rhythms of the earth. Through ceremonies and mindfulness, you’ll explore how our ancestors celebrated life as one with nature, honoring every aspect of existence. This realization—the understanding that we are all part of a greater whole—deepens our responsibility for each other and the world we share.
During this retreat you will have the opportunity to:
Come together in unity - community
You’ll experience what it’s like to live in true community—where connection, support, and trust flow naturally. Within this tribe, we’ll create a space where you can express your authentic self, share your hopes, fears, and dreams, and learn from one another. Together, we’ll celebrate life, embracing the power of unity and the strength we find in shared experiences.
Come home to nature
Through movement, meditation and nature exploration you get a chance to discover the deep wisdom of the earth. How to come back to living in harmony with nature, you being a part of it, and let go of this separation. Facilitator: Jasmina Adriaens
About Jasmina:
I'm a nature and music enthusiast, who loves to share this with everyone around. My journey started years ago as a nurse, in service of others, and has expanded to caring for all sacred life on earth. I became interested in herbal medicine and wild picking. I’ve been serving as a cook in Wild women retreats where I rediscovered my deep connection with Mother earth, and developed a curiosity in how our ancestors lived. Back to simplicity. Honouring life through ceremony and rituals.
I’ve been serving in the Akasha family for a year now. This gave me the opportunity to deepen my love for music and expression by taking a sound healing course with Maarten.
This place, and the years of living in co-housings, strengthened my beliefs that living in community is enriching for the soul. That life is better shared.
